Just one step.

It all started in 2020. I joined a trading company. In less than five years, I've been doing purchasing. Actively seeking out manufacturers was my routine. Price pressure forced us to start looking in new markets. Returning from my umpteenth trip to Asia, it occurred to me. We are not alone in shifting production or having part of our production manufactured in Asia. 

I started to look into what was difficult about moving production, or part of it. Fear and time. That was the most common answer. Yet to me it was so obvious. 

After almost five years, I left my job to go my own way. I started two projects that are still running. I provide business and manufacturing collaboration in Africa and Asia. 

Between dream and reality, there is only one step.

Each step includes a report and you always have the opportunity to intervene in the project. I do everything transparently and hand over everything including communication with manufacturers or business partners. I honor trade secrets and do not share business partners, specific locations or projects I am working on anywhere.
